The Kapatirang Plebeians shall aim to foster fellowship, uphold nationalism, encourage scholarship and stimulate intellectual creativity, secure greater opportunities for members to participate in extra-curricular activities and render services to the university and the country.

The Plebeians believe in the inherent soundness of libertarian philosophy subject to overriding importance of the organizations existence.

The Plebeians staunchly advocate brotherhood of men in disregard of creed, social, economic, political status which a brotherhood thrives in an atmosphere where goodwill to ones fellowmen breathes.

The Plebeians adhere loyalty to principles and not to men.
The Plebeians believe in the puissance of reason as force as force and not a force as a reason.
The Plebeians shall respect human dignity.
